--OTP (One True Pairing) Quiz.--

"1. What's your OTP, and what fandom are they from?"

Since I harbor tons, I'll only do one rather unorthodox one. It is a coupling that will also not be officially stated in the show it appears in (possible hints aside), despite still being canon for its particular franchise. ^-^

Pair In Question: Angelica/Chuckie ~ From Rugrats/All Grown Up [ [link] ].

It doesn't appear officially due to the character ages (phantophobic Chuckie is 2 to 3 and grinch-like Angelica is 3 to 4) & the fact that Nickelodeon didn't readily promote pairings much at the time of the original series' run. Still, it was highly hinted at through aired episodes (Cuffed [ [link] & [link] ] and Driving Miss Angelica [ [link] & [link] ], among others would come to mind), through the official Klasky-Csupo/Nickelodeon comic strip [ [link] & [link] & [link] & [link] & [link] & [link] and more], and through the fact that Chuckie does like girls who are a bit on the devilish side (as throwaway character Megan from Cradle Attraction [ [link] & [link] ] and Angelica's popular friend, Samantha/Savannah from the All Growed Up special episode that spawned the spin-off series [ [link] & [link] & [link] & [link] & [link] ] show) whilst Angelica likes guys who can be scardey-cats as well as be brave when situations call for it (as Clark from Preschool-Daze--also with a subsequent spin-off mini-series--and supposedly cool kid Sean from All Grown Up show).

"2. When did they become your OTP?"

1991, when the original series first got going.

"3. Why them?"

Why not? I ship them simply because the pairing's adorable, despite Angelica's bullying, because way deep down, she would have a heart. Plus, that whole love-hate deal they would share just seems to bolster the possible chances of a relationship years later.

"4. Where would you take them on their first date?"

After fast-fowarding them to the AGU stages of their lives, Angelica would probably want it at some swanky club & Chuckie wouldn't mind if it were somewhere as simple as his parents' coffee house, but to compromise, the two would probably go to both places.

"5. What would they wear on their date?"

Angelica -- The most popularly fashionable designer clothes ever, since she desires to climb up the social ladder, after all.

Chuckie -- The same clothes he usually wears, although more spruced up, because he wouldn't want to feel uncomfortable, but yet wouldn't want to off-put Angelica by settling for something below her standards.

"6. What would happened after their date?"

They would probably playfully argue, before going off alone for some quality time.

"7. How would their friends react to them going on a date?"

Kimi would be surprised, yet accepting. Lil would be even more accepting, since she later can relate to Angelica more so than any of the other female characters from the primary cast. Phil would still be shocked for the longest time, despite the others getting past the idea. Tommy & Dil would both faint at first, but would warm up to the idea after coming to & discussing matters with the others. Herald and Susie would be--no doubt--gracious to the happy couple.

"8. What song that you think suits them? Which one of them would be the one singing it?"

One of those opposites attract type of songs.

"9. The two of them of them (with their closest friends) get thrown into a fairy tale."

Little Red-Riding Hood. Already done by another fan, though the story's called "Little Red-Riding Chuck", with Chuckie filling in Red's role & Angelica playing the part of the wolf. The only difference is that this wolf doesn't want to eat Red/Chuck, because she just wants friends after being cast out by the other fairy tale kids for being different. Seen here: [link]

"10. Describe what would you think their wedding would be like."

It would be a traditional one if the parents have any say, but the wedding nuptials wouldn't be traditional (as they would seem reversed, as per the characters' personalities), that's for sure.
